Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit CrawlSpaceInsight.com or contact its publisher. The website is operated from Austria and provides information for U.S. homeowners.

1. Data controller and contact

Thomas Brandstetter
Dornach 7

Austria
Email: info@crawlspaceinsight.com

2. Website delivery, hosting and security

Our hosting provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Requested pages and website media are delivered through the hosting infrastructure. Connection information may include your IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, referrer information where supplied, and technical errors.

The purposes are delivering the page you request, diagnosing faults and protecting the website against abuse. Where GDPR applies, our basis is the legitimate interest in reliable and secure website operation under Article 6(1)(f).

Technical logs are retained only for the operational or security purpose that requires them. The relevant criteria are the log type, the configured hosting retention period and whether a specific incident still needs investigation. Information is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed, except where a legal obligation requires retention. Details about the provider are available in ALL-INKL.COM’s privacy information.

3. Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address, message, attachments and any other information you choose to provide to answer the inquiry and handle related correspondence. Sending an inquiry is voluntary; without a usable reply address we may be unable to respond.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling correspondence under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, or Article 6(1)(b) where the inquiry concerns steps toward or performance of a contract. Messages are kept while the inquiry and necessary follow-up remain open, and afterwards only where retention is needed for a legal duty or to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

Relevant recipients include the hosting and email service providers involved in receiving, delivering and managing correspondence. Domain email services are provided through ALL-INKL.COM. Where correspondence is handled through Microsoft Outlook.com, Microsoft also processes the message and associated delivery data under its privacy statement. Do not send sensitive details that are unnecessary to explain your inquiry.

4. Cookies, analytics and website features

The current website does not have Google Analytics or advertising pixels enabled. Public pages do not require a visitor account, and we do not currently operate a newsletter signup, public account-registration service or contractor lead-submission form.

WordPress authentication and related necessary storage support authorized administration and security. Where optional tracking or storage is introduced, we will identify the purpose and seek consent where required before enabling it. See our Cookie Policy for details and browser controls.

5. Affiliate links and external websites

We may link to merchants, manufacturers, public resources or service providers. Clicking an external link sends your browser to the other website, which handles information under its own policies. Affiliate links can contain a publisher identifier that helps attribute a purchase or referral.

Merchants may provide commission or referral reports; we do not receive your payment-card details or full checkout information through ordinary affiliate reporting. We do not sell personal information received through our contact inbox. Read our Affiliate Disclosure.

6. Recipients and international processing

Our website hosting is in Germany. Communication providers, including Microsoft when used for correspondence, may process information in other countries, including the United States. Provider-specific information about locations and transfer arrangements is available in the privacy information linked above.

Where GDPR requires protection for a transfer outside the European Economic Area, an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, are required. You can contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to a particular processing activity.

7. Your privacy rights

Where GDPR applies and its conditions are met, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent for the future where processing relies on consent. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

Contact the controller above with your request. We may need enough information to verify that it concerns your data. Other rights may apply under the law relevant to your location.

You may complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, Austria, or another competent supervisory authority. An explanation of GDPR rights is available on the authority’s rights page.

8. Automated decisions and future changes

We do not use visitor information to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. This notice will be updated when the website’s services or data-handling practices change. The current version’s date appears at the top.
